The Technical Committee of the OTDS Association published bugfix version 2.1.6 in the OTDS forum (forum.otds.de) at the beginning of June. The revised documentation is now also available there, so that interested OTDS users (or soon to be users) can download the new version including its respective change history. Only prerequisite is a one-time registration on the OTDS website. Members of the OTDS Association can view the detailed Thematic Specification, while the Technical Specification provides orientation and information on the Open Travel Data Standard for everyone else. Both specifications are of course also available in English.
Bugfix version 2.1.6 is downward compatible with version 2.1.5 and contains only minor changes to the content as well as several optimizations and corrections. In particular, there was a need in the market for further differentiation of the board type (for example, to express that only regional alcohol is included), which was met with the introduction of the new enum “AllInclusiveUltraLight”.
